You might get the error Event ID 1116 Printer autocreation failure. Reason: AddPrinter() failed with status 0×78A when a users printer fails to autocreate within an ICA connection. This affects both administrators and also normal users.
Administrators and users are also not able to add the printer manually. Converting hex “78A” into decimal “1930” and using net helpmsg provides the cause of the issue. Refer to the following output example:

The printer driver is not compatible with a windows policy enabled on your computer that blocks NT 4.0 drivers. In either the GPO or local policy the setting “Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers” causes this issue. If this policy is enabled change it to not configured or disabled.
After you have changed the policy you might need to do a GPUPDATE / FORCE from the command prompt, or even reboot the server
