New Fixes in This Release
When pressing Enter in the Windows Server 2008 logon window without entering credentials, users are not immediately prompted by the Windows Security message to supply user name and password; instead, the LogonUI.exe process spikes the server CPU for a period of time before eventually displaying the Windows Security message to supply user name and password.
