The session time zone is set to GMT/UTC when the Terminal Services GPO “Allow Time Zone Redirection” is enabled on the server.

This fix addresses the following issues with sessions on servers running Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008:

When the Terminal Services GPO “Allow Time Zone Redirection” is enabled, the session time is set to UTC
When the Terminal Services GPO “Allow Time Zone Redirection” is disabled, the session is set to the server’s time
