Issue : When you restart a server the IMA service might fail to start and will show the following error in the eventvwr on the server.

EventID : 3609
Type : Error

Source : IMAService
Description : Failed to load plugin C:\Program Files\Citrix\System32\Citrix\IMA\Subsystems\RADESessionSs.dll with error IMA_RESULT_FAILURE

Cause : If the RADESessionSs.dll plugin is present in the IMA Subsystems directory, the RadeOffline.mdb file is either missing or corrupt

Resolution : We can use the Dsmaint command to re-create the RadeOffline.mdb database, To do this go to the command prompt and type in Dsmaint recreaterade
